Let yourself free to feel the true nature of Santorini by joining us in our Gourmet tour

Embrace the finest goods of the island, its superb wines and its tasty agricultural products in the most amusing way! At the beginning you will visit two of the most celebrated wineries of the island. There you will learn about the indigenous grape varieties. The next station to our journey will be a local farm where we will inform you about the local agricultural produce. Then under the guidance of a charming local cook you will master the art of cooking using the fresh products of the farm. At the end all together will sit and enjoy our meal with a glass of a refreshing homemade wine.

Private Cooking Lessons

Traditional Cooking Lesson
At the very southern part of the island, called Faros, this is where you will find the small family farm and the home of the owners, a land inherited from their great grandparents.
The owners grew up watching and learning how to harvest and grow seasonal products. Thus, they have continued the tradition of farming and wine making following the “Old School” approach of the family.
In her mother’s kitchen the owner learned all about local recipes that with love where passed on from generation to generation. This wisdom and experience they wish to pass to you, in cooperation with your instructor, you will prepare one of the following delicious Greek menus.

Appetizers
Salad with local products
(tomato, cucumber, onion, capers, caper leaves, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, goat cheese, organic olive oil and oregano)
Greek Yogurt sauce
Fava

(tomato, onion, bacil, mint, plane flour)
Main dish
Dolmadakia (stuffed wine leaves)
Dessert
Greek Yogurt with homemade sweet preservers and homemade Vinsanto

Comb fish with potatoes cooked in tomato sauce, onions and capers.
Lamb chops baked in foil with peppers, tomatoes, onions and herbs.
